 DNA testing through Aegle Health and our partner, Omega Lab, is extremely accurate across all test types. Relationship testing—such as paternity, maternity, sibling, or grandparent DNA analysis—typically provides results with 99.99% or greater accuracy when a biological relationship exists. Omega Lab is AABB-accredited, ensuring the highest industry standards for precision, reliability, and legal admissibility. 

 Samples are collected using a quick, painless cheek swab at Aegle Health. For legal tests, a strict chain-of-custody protocol is followed to ensure admissibility in court. 

 Yes. In accordance with Omega Lab’s standards, both tested parties (typically the child and the alleged father) must be present at the time of collection to ensure proper identification and maintain chain-of-custody.
However, the mother does not need to be present for the test to be accurate or valid—though including her sample may sometimes help strengthen the results in complex cases.

 Results are typically available within 3 to 5 business days after the lab receives all required samples. 

  Yes. All testing through Omega Lab and Aegle Health is completely confidential and follows HIPAA regulations. Results are only released to authorized individuals. 

 Yes. Legal paternity tests processed through Omega Lab follow a verified chain-of-custody process and are fully court-admissible for matters such as custody, child support, adoption, and immigration.
